We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

Farm Framed Florals Return Policy

We take great care in creating and packaging our pressed flower artwork to ensure it arrives safely and meets your expectations. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork: All custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Before finalizing a commission, we will provide progress updates to ensure your satisfaction.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact your local postal service or carrier for assistance. Return Process

To return an item, email us at christine@farmframedflorals.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Refunds

After receiving your items and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing refunds after we receive the returned item.
